1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal or Debit or Credit Card via PayPal.

 

2. How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE shipping. No minimum order.

 

3. What shipping methods do you offer?

We use UPS and FedEx, as shipping method.

 

4. How long does delivery take?

Usually, from the day your order ships, you can expect to the items you purchased in around 2-5 business days. 

 

5. How to place an order?

a. Choose product and enter the quantity, and click 'ADD TO CART'.

b. View your cart and click “CHECKOUT with PayPal".

c. Log in your Paypal or pay with debit or credit card. Before clicking "Place Order", please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Shipping Address, choose “Ship to a different address".

d. After confirming your order, click “Place Order”, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page. We support Guest Checkout.

 

6.  What is order processing time?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase. We will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order is sent. Tracking information is also accessible through your account, under Track your order.

Take note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for your local customs.

 

7. What does my warranty include?

Alienboard.com gives a 1-YEAR warranty unless specified otherwise.
As for accessories, such as batteries charger, they carry a 2 weeks warranty.

 

8. How do I make a return or exchange?

If any damaged or defective items, you can take photos of them and apply for RMA number within 3 working days of receipt of delivery to ask a return or replace. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived.
You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.

Pack and seal securely the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us using a shipping method. Any product returned without a RMA number will not be refunded.

9. What brands do you carry?

We currently sell AlienBoardTM hoverboards.

 

10. I paid my order but it shows unpaid. What should I do?

Due to credit card server will be delayed sometimes, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If your order still stays in 'unpaid' status, please contact with your Local bank branch or provide your email and order ID number, we'll check and fix the problem.

 

11. Why my payment status is pending?

If the funds were taken from your bank account but your payment status still shows "pending", please contact us and we will check for you.

 

12. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

13.Why the self-balance board scooter not work properly?

Try to step on the side of pedal pad (see below) instead of in the middle, because 4 sensors are in the each side. You should stand on the pressure-sensitive paddles then the sensor can detect the weight, especially for kids.

 

14. How to reset if your scooter is unbalance?

a. Switch off, put it on the ground and keep it balance.

b. Press the power button and hold for around 10 seconds until the lights flash.

c. Restart it and finish.

 

15. How would we know if it’s charging?

Only the charger will have an indicative red light to indicate charging and would change to green when charging is complete. Do not overcharge the Hoverboard. It requires a maximum of about 2 hours to fully charge. And we recommend monitoring during charging hours. Do not leave the Hoverboard charging overnight.

 

16. How long a fully charged battery will last?

The fully charged battery lasts 1.5 to 3 hours and will last for 9-12 miles. This range is dependent on the user’s weight, road conditions, speed and temperature.

 

17. Whats the indicator if low battery power?

If a green light on the hoverboard is blinking then this means that your hoverboard battery has a low charge, typically less than 20%. If a red light appears and the hoverboard is beeping at you, it means that your hoverboard battery is dangerously low, and typically has less than 5% battery remaining. Do not ride a hoverboard with a red light, especially when it is beeping. You need to charge it.

 

18. Does it always have beep while you ride on it?

Normally it beeps when low battery (typically has less than 5% battery remaining). If there is low battery alarm, please stop and fully charge the hoverboard to avoid the hurt caused by sudden stop.

 

Tips for Safety Riding:

  1. DO NOT ride on rough floors.
  2. Stop before get off.
  3. Get off the scooter from the back side.
  4. DO NOT ride un-balanced, always keep balance.
