Return Policy

If you would like to return an item to alienboard.com, you must contact us first. Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.

If the product comes defective out of the box to you, we will replace the item and ship it back to you for free. All fees associated with the replacement—including the return shipping, the replacement and the shipping back—will be fully covered by us.

alienboard.com only accepts return or replace of unused items within 14 days of receipt of delivery and defective items on arrival. 

Please follow the return/replace procedure for damaged or defective items:

If any damaged or defective items upon receipt, it should be reported to us immediately within 1 business day. You need to send us videos or take photos of the item to ask for a return or replace. Returns will take approximately 5-7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. AlienBoard.com will cover the shipping cost for damaged upon receipt

We always strive to create durable, safety and quality items that is why, before we ship all our items, we also double check every part and function. They are tested thoroughly before shipping. It is therefore a rare instance that our merchandise will be found defective upon delivery. Damage sometimes occurs during shipping. This is also the reason why we encourage you to check the package when you received it and report any problem to us within 1 business day to be eligible for return/replace.

Please follow the return procedure for non-defective items:

1. For unused item return, please apply for Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

2. When the return is authorized, return the item to AlienBoard.com. Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. The Product must be delivered back not later than 10 days after the RMA is issued.

3. Upon receipt of the returned product, AlienBoard.com shall confirm if the returned product is in original packaging and unused. If yes, AlienBoard.com will issue the refund. (AlienBoard.com will only refund the amount of the item. Shipment fee, Tax and any handling fee are not included in the refund.). You will be responsible for shipping costs (shipping back and forth) of non-defective items.

Refused Packages: Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we may process the return appropriately.

If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than there is obvious damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipment costs and the return shipping fees, when we receive the package back to our warehouse.

Please Note: There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds (for example If you refuse a package). This fee is not for us to make money but to cover the expenses for the shipping and time involved in fulfilling your order.

Repair Policy

We only support and repair items bought in AlienBoard.com. 

1.If any damaged or defective items upon receipt more than 1 business day, you are no longer eligible for return and refund but still eligible for replacement of the parts broken, replacement of the entire unit or repair depending on the severity of the damage. A video has to be sent showing the problem on the item for us to diagnose the problem and provide you the accurate resolution.

2.If the problem existed after 1 business day but not more than 3 calendar days we will reimburse the shipping cost when you send the item back to us for repair or replacement. Repair fee and shipping fee are still free at this point. Replacement is subject for investigation and approval.

3. If the problem existed after 3 calendar days but not more than a year, you will be responsible in paying the shipping cost when you send the item without any reimbursement. We will only cover the shipping cost when we return the repaired item or when we issued a replacement. Repair fee is free since the item is covered with 1 year warranty but the shipping cost is not covered with warranty and therefore, AlienBoard.com are not oblige to cover the shipping fee. Replacement is subject for investigation and approval.

4. If the problem existed after a year, repair fee and shipping fee (back and forth) will be imposed since it is no longer under warranty. 

Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made. 

 

Warranty

Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and those not apply to any:

  • Mishandling and Improper Usage
  • Physical Damage due to negligence
  • Damaged due to natural calamities (flood, fire etc.)
  • Unauthorized alteration
  • Road Hazards
  • Accidents
  • Improper operation or maintenance

 

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty will cover only the original purchaser from any defects in material that is under normal use for 1 YEAR from the date of invoice. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent purchases, only original purchase can avail the warranty. alienboard.com will either repair or replace the product at no charge, but the usage of new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. There may be replacement that are different but the functionally equivalent models. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Refer to the list of events not covered by our warranty.
